My clients come to understand that fitness is a lifestyle commitment, that proper nutrition is vital to the equation of becoming fit, and that everyone young, old, overweight, unconditioned, diabetic, asthmatic, or simply uncoordinated has the right to physical well-being. We each deserve an hour and a half out of each busy day to devote solely and unselfishly to oneself."
