BASI Pilates Mat Classes
Join our 60 min. Mat classes and get a challenging, full body workout while honing your form, technique and complexity of the original Joseph Pilates Mat Exercises.
Please be aware that class levels are open to all participants but it is advised that each individual start with the Basic Fundamental Class and progress to Fundamental/Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced, and Advanced/Mater Levels.

Class Descriptions:
Fundamental Mat- Beginner Level, introduction of fundamental Pilates exercises with emphasis on body alignment, breathing technique, muscle engagement and core stability.
Intermediate Mat- Introduction of more complex exercises with increased progression in speed and precision in form
*only for participants who have mastered Fundamental
Bosu Core Conditioning- A core conditioning class with focus on increasing tone and stability for the core muscles, balance and coordination enhancement drills, flexibility and strengthening the lower back muscles.
*A challenging workout
Sunrise Stretch- A facilitated stretch class using straps to help target tight muscle groups such as the hamstrings, low back extensors, shoulder, and hip flexors.
*This is a must for improving form and precision for the proper execution of mat and apparatus work.
Classes: $15 for Mat (only)
$20 for Small Apparatus Group Training
