There is nothing more exhilarating than crossing the finish line after completing a 26.2 mile race. What’s surprising is that most healthy adults, with proper training, can complete this seemingly daunting challenge. Our one-on-one training program focuses on proper running form, safe and steady mile progression, essential core conditioning, and injury prevention stretching techniques. Whether your goal is to complete a full marathon, 1/2 marathons, 10k or 5k run. Our trainers will create a program that meets your needs and keeps you focused all the way up to race day.
