Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Kelly and AndieFor most women having a baby is a life changing event.  Whether she is high energy or easy going in her personality, pregnancy is a time of great physical change.  These changes include the musculo-skeletal system, muscle tone, postural changes, blood volume changes, cardiac output, blood pressure, and metabolic changes.  Our program for exercising mother's addresses those physiological changes in addition to learning essential breathing techniques that can be helpful in the birth/delivery stage of pregnancy.
