Demetreous

Demetreous is an ACE, BASI and AFAA certified instructor and has presented in more than 13 countries at several major fitness conferences. He has been a celebrity trainer, the dance contest winner on the “Ellen” show and a host on German Fitness Television. Demetreous has been the cover model for several industry magazines, an MTV Europe dancer and an IDEA World fitness presenter. Demetreous most recently taught at the world famous Rancho La Puerta Resort in Tecate, Mexico.

As a Pilates instructor, Demetreous specializes in Functional Core Stability Training. He is also a Kinesthetic Awareness Specialist, in other words, he knows how to get you the much-desired toned and lean look. Demetreous' Pilates certifications are from Synergy Pilates and BASIpilates. Additionally, he is also a continuing education provider for The American Council on Exercise and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
