Heidi Wagner

An avid sports and fitness athlete, Heidi has applied many of the Pilates conditioning exercises to strengthen and enhance the rehabilitation of her own body, with outstanding results! Currently in the completion phase of her BASI Comprehensive Training, she is gearing her education toward helping clients learn the proper modification to strengthen and stabilize the body without adding excess strain to weakened joints. Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge to her clientele and her passion and energy make her an inspiration to her students.
