Julia Delaney

Julia has over 25 years teaching experience in the fitness industry. Over the years, she has seen exercise trends come and go –from thong leotards and legwarmers to kickboxing and “hot yoga”, from vinyl records to iPods. She continues to enjoy and grow with these changes.

Julia graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from California State University, Sacramento. She holds a comprehensive pilates certificate from Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified group exercise instructor. Her training includes Rebok indoor cycling, Yogafit, and Mary Sanders aquatic fitness. She currently teaches dance-based cardio fitness, Yoga, mat pilates, aquatic fitness, and indoor cycling, as well as personal pilates training.

Julia is passionate about physical fitness. She believes that everybody needs to move in order to be healthy and happy. She strives to share her years of experience, her energy, and her passion with everyone!
