Kelly Morgan-Sassman
A certified Personal Fitness Trainer for over 25 yrs.; Kelly opened her first studio, Body Basics in 1998. In 2000 Purely Pilates evolved into a separate studio specializing in the full application of the Pilates Method. Kelly has acquired certification from ACE, American Council on Exercise, ACSM, American College of Sports Medicine, BASI, Body Arts and Science International, Polestar Pilates, and BASI Master Level Pilates Instruction.
Kelly applies her knowledge of anatomy and exercise science to her wide and varied training clientele. Keeping up with cutting edge advancements in beneficial training techniques, Kelly regularly attends advanced training workshops and strives to provide an atmosphere that appeals to the beginner exerciser through the well- conditioned athlete.
